Frankie Valli was officially granted a restraining order against his oldest son, Francesco, that will last three years.

The Four Seasons singer, 90, was granted the legal order of protection by a judge in Los Angeles last month. The restraining order will expire on April 29, 2027, according to People magazine.

Four days after the restraining order was granted, Valli received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. His wife, Jackie Jacobs, and his twin sons, Emilio and Brando, were there to support him.

“This is really a highlight of my life, especially having my sons here and my wife sitting right there,” he told the crowd at the event, which Francesco, 36, was absent from.

As previously reported by The Post, Francesco has been accused of threatening to kill his father, allegedly owes his brothers tens of thousands of dollars and has spent time in jail after an arrest for drug possession.

The restraining order reportedly says that Francesco cannot contact his father or his brother Emilio, 29. He must also stay at least 100 yards away from their homes and workplaces.

Both Valli and Emilio filed temporary restraining orders against Francesco that were granted on April 10. Emilio claimed that Francesco “repeatedly physically threatened to harm or kill” him and their father in the court docs.

Emilio also alleged that Francesco is “addicted to opiates,” and was relying on Valli’s help financially. However, according to Emilio, their dad will only continue to help Francesco money-wise if he enters a residential drug treatment program.

Last month, the singer’s rep told The Post: “Frankie is saddened by these unfortunate events and appreciates that his privacy will be respected as he works out these family issues.”

Furthermore, a source close to the family told The Post that the drama with Francesco has been “heartbreaking” for the famous performer.

“All families go through good and bad times, there are triumphs, failures and joys in every family across the nation, and the Valli family is no different, but because Frankie Valli is an icon, the magnitude of all of this is that much greater,” the insider shared.

Francesco is the son of Valli and Randy Clohessy, the singer’s third wife. He’s dabbled in acting, with appearances in movies like “The House Bunny” and “Reach Me.”

Frankie has been married four times. He has three sons with Clohessy, and also became a dad to three daughters — Celia, Antonia and Francine — during his marriage to his first wife, Mary Mandel.

Celia died in February 1980 during an accident. Six months later, Francine died from an accidental drug overdose at age 20.

In 2008, Frankie told People, “It’s unconditional love with your kids,” adding that he spoke to his children every day, no matter where he was.
